A practice by licensed acupuncturist Sarah Aronson—rooted in traditional East Asian medicine, modern science and lived experience

Qi (pronounced chee, like “cheese”) is the vital energy that supports how the body functions. It plays a role in circulation, breathing, digestion, and the body’s ability to maintain balance. In Chinese medicine, Qi is considered central to health—when it moves smoothly and is well regulated, the body is better able to adapt, recover, and heal.

Qi Be Healing is based on a simple principle: healing is supported when the body is not in a constant state of stress. Modern life often keeps the nervous system overactivated, which can interfere with basic regulatory functions. This work focuses on helping the nervous system shift toward a calmer, more balanced state, allowing the body to function more efficiently and support healing.

Through gentle, precise stimulation, acupuncture communicates with the nervous system, helps release tension patterns, and encourages healthy circulation and regulation throughout the body.

Sessions are calm, collaborative, and tailored to meet you where you are—no prior experience with acupuncture needed!
